Remember when I told you that I saw more blue jays than ever before so I knew he was "with me"?
Well, I totally forgot about this, until my Mom reminded me..
As the entire family gathered to celebrate Mothers Day outdoors at my Grandma's home, there was a bright yellow bird right above us in the apple tree.
It was very...
...very...
...very...
loud.
With an unusual sound. A loud, high pitched song of some sort was a constant, right above our heads.
My dad was wanting to be a part of the celebration and he let us know all about it.
Thank you Daddy.
Thank you Mom{my} for reminding me of this.
Do you constantly look for signs your loved ones in Heaven are close by?
What kind of bird is this?

No, you aren't losing your marbles. Is it a goldfinch? http://www.birdnature.com/yellowbird.html
You're definitely not losing your marbles - that had to be a sign from your daddy. :) I don't look for signs, but then again, I really haven't lost anyone close...yet! :)

That is a beautiful bird, and I just love what it meant for you!
I think your bird is a Black Headed Oriole
After losing the first couple of loved ones, I quit looking for signs that they were still near, because the signs never came. Now I just let them go.
Nope, you're not losing your marbles. We talked about Inch of Gray, right? She talks about signs all the time and birds is a big one for Jack.
Not weird at all. My 17 year old daughter died in an auto accident and I feel her with me all the time. ;)
Not weird at all!!! I think many many people do this. Personally, I think our loved ones can watch over our lives in a way that they never could before. <3
I don't think it's strange at all!
Nope, not weird at all. Just beautiful.
