March 31, 2009

This giveaway has been extended until Friday April 17 2009.

Because I wasn't thinking when I set it up and just realized that it was due to end on Easter Sunday.

I wont be around.

Yes, my brain is mush. It has been for about 7 years. I blame my children.

Anyone like giveaways?

Then you are at the wrong place because Momma is feeling generous today!

If you do enjoy free stuff, then do not go anywhere. Stay right here.

I am giving away a book.

An awesome book.

I love books. Alot.

It is a Children's Book.

Actually it is this one right here.

I know many of us in blog world have been praying alot lately. For Stellan. For Jonah. For the Macs.

I am sure there are many more.

This book is full of prayers for kids. It also has quotes, songs and poems for children who are beginning their "Faith Journey".

So these are the rules.

Leave a comment. That's it.

If you become a follower, then I will give you 5 extra entries.

If you follow me on Twitter, I will also give you 5 extra entries.

* Make sure you let me know in your comment if you have done either

And if you are feeling ever so kind, then let us know who you are praying for. Share blogs/websites so that we can join in supporting those who need it so much.

Share prayers that your children say. No matter how short and simple.

No problem right?

Now get to it.

I will draw a name on April 12 and notify the winner.

Good luck!!!

I'm a follower!

I too have been following many blogs that could use prayers-Stellan, Jonah, many others that can be found at (there is a list of people to pray for on the left side).

This looks like a perfect kid's book-I think it would be great to share with Ruby when she gets a little bigger!

Looks like a very nice book.

We have prayer and praise time every night after books and before it's time to sleep. I love it when my little guy thanks God for something or prays for someone. So sweet.

I'm a follower and now I follow you on twitter too. Didn't know you were on there! : )

I love your blog - that 'pull your hair out' attitude is just so ME!

I keep myself a little prayer list and on it right now are mostly folks a lot of bloggers don't know - but they need prayers, too! Texas Steve lost his home in the hurricane last summer, is in a wheel chair, and was just in an accident where an elevator dropped a full floor and did even more damage to him. Lee P. has just been diagnosed with breast cancer. Jonah, our little EB baby who just got to go home with Patrice and Matt on Monday! Veiyah whose twin sister died - and she has been fighting quite a battle . . one determined little girl. Steve's #2 sister, Michele who is giving some brain tumors a run for their money. Murray - a sweetheart who pretends he's bullet-proof, who is having a hard time with MRSA. And Stellan, Jennifer, PC and the rest of the MckFamily. Phew - And then I usually kind of throw in just a general one the help us all simply beacause I think sometimes we're all in a huge handbasket on our way to ummm . . . er . . . heck??

And all the while trying to keep up with you and trying my best to Live. Laugh. Pull my hair out. AND LOVE!!!

Be nice, you say?

Yup, right there below "Leave your comment" it says "Be nice." And I shall. Because you are clearly nice. And I am a baby and what's nicer than a baby I ask you? Nothing. Exactly.

You know what else is nice? You are from Ontario. Nice. I am also from Ontario. Nice. We Canadians are so nice, aren't we?

It would be quite nice if I was to win this super awesome kids book because well, it looks pretty nice and reading with my BabyMama is nice.

In just a minute I will be becoming a follower too because it's nice to support fellow nice Canadians rockin' the blog world and as you can tell I am truly nice. ;)

I am new to your blog, it is so nice, I just became a follower. The book looks cute, and as for you I am praying father. He has a recurring brain tumor, this time, inoperable.

I am lucky in that I am praying for no one close to me at the moment. But for so many others... especially Stellan and the other babies like him. And their families.

What a neat book!
