Sit down and stay awhile....

Make yourself comfortable. Have a drink. And some chocolate. Relax.
This tour could take awhile.

Today's tour is, in my opinion of the most important room(s) in the house.

Yes, the kitchen is great.
And so is the bedroom.

But what would life be without the bathroom?

I don't know about you but I need a bathroom close by at all times. Without one I am anxious and you know what happens when you get anxious.

A little rumbly in the tumbly if you know what I mean.

So here we go. I will go from my smallest to largest bathroom.

I call this the Powder Room. Ok, I don't really but just wanted to type it and pretend for 3 seconds. It is our smallest bathroom right off of our mudroom at our "most used" entrance/exit. This is where boys (including hubby) go as soon as they come in the house and need to clean their muddy/greasy/sandy hands.

It is quite small so there is enough room to wash hands and sit on the toilet. Which is all you really need to do in a bathroom anyways.

Artwork on the wall above the toilet.

La toilette = toilet.

As for the wall colour, I do not have the correct name but I call it "clay".

Brownish-grayish.

How is that for a description?

Sink and mirror.

This bathroom is known as The Kid's Bathroom. Why you ask? Well because the kids use it, that's why.

Vanity

La Toilette

Shower/tub with a curved curtain rod which I highly recommend.

View from the toilet.

Picture hanging above the toilet of the three kids.
They each had this picture taken when they were 5 months old.

View from the door.
I apologize for the awful lighting.

This is our bathroom.

Our=Mr. Momma and Momma

Our tub that I have never used because we do not have a blind for the ginormous window yet.

One day I will have some time with Mr. Tub.

One day.

The shower.

I have tried to figure out a way to lock myself in and stay there. Forever.

No such luck yet.

View from toilet area.

View from bedroom door.

Love these. Sitting at the end of my tub.
Vanity.

Toilet Room.

Pocket door so person can use the toilet separate from the rest of the bathroom.

So there you have it guests.

You have now seen the most important rooms in my house.

Consider yourself lucky because I don't show everything to just anyone.

You're welcome.

Your bathrooms are very nice. I like the framed mirror and all the big tiles! And I like your shower, way better than mine. We have a lot of those same brown-gray themes in our house. I really like them. :)
