This Girl

This girl is almost 18 months old. *sigh*
This girl is walking, running, jumping, climbing.
Climbing on the couch...on to the arm of the couch and then jumping on to the cushions.
This girl is brave.
Has no fear.
Have I mentioned that she climbs?

This girl loves strawberries....
bananas....
watermelon.....
pizza......
and chicken.

This girl says "Yeah"
"No"
"Dis"
"Hi"
and many other words that I havent quite figured out yet.

This girl loves to play with cars.......
and trucks......
and tractors....
And she loves to empty my plastics drawers.....
many times in a day.

This girl loves to dance...
and sway her head like Stevie Wonder.
She loves Bluegrass music.....
and country music just like her daddy.

This girl loves to watch the television show 4 Squares.....
and In the Night Garden.

This girl loves to ride Studley like he is a horse.
But gets angry when he stands up with her on his back.
Poor Studley.

This girl is growing up up too fast.
And needs to stay a baby for longer.
Because Mommy isnt ready for her baby to no longer be a baby.

such a sweet post! Its so sad how fast they grow up. My twins will be 3 in a month and my lil one is almost 9 months old...how can it be? If you figure out how to slow them down, let me know!

All that hoping that they'll stay young never seems to work, does it? Luckily, each new phase brings it's own rewards.

It DOES go by too fast - just yesterday my little guy had emptied out the pan cabinet so he could sit in there; next week he gets his drivers permit . . . :sigh: She is adorable as can be!

This girl loved this post and wished she had a machine to slow down time. :)

I have 2 teens, a middle schooler and a toddler...I squeeze them all the time hoping that it will slow down the growning process just a little.

sweet post. kids grow up way too fast.

My 10 year old neice said yesterday, "My brother is turning into a teenager. I don't want to grow up, I just want a laptop and a cell phone".

I know. I was really sad around this time in my babies lives. It is really sad when you watch your last baby (or babies in my case) become toddlers.

Oh man, where are the kleenex. waaaaaaaaa

They grow up too fast! Sometimes I have found that I can't wait for them to mature then other days when I really stop to reflect on things I realize it is going too quickly and want it to go slower.

I have a climber too! He just figured out how to get out of his crib... so now we have moved him to a big boy bed! At 18 months! Sheesh.
