Crap that happened today

*middle child asked me to buy "Source" yogurt approximately 230750936749 times
*I tripped over a bike because my children forget to put their crap away and leave everything laying around.
True story.  Oldest child ate shredded cheese last night and forgot to put the bag back in the fridge.
I found it 12 hours later. and had to throw it out.
Who does that???????

*Princess woke up sick, grumpy and snotty.

She also made it through the day at school without peeing her pants.
Amen. Hallelujah.
*I found money while doing laundry.
This is the only reason I enjoy doing this awful, boring chore.
I look at it as my {very small} paycheck for doing the crappiest job ever.

*our house has been overtaken by these things.  I don't know what they are, but they are on the house, barn and garage.  In the grass and bushes.
I think I even inhaled one today and am convinced that it is currently eating my insides right now.

*I missed my Daddy.  Huge.
As usual.
*I cleaned up the garden and picked my melons
DSC_0294
*a kitten ate a mouse right at my back door
DSC_0290
*another kitten ate Cheezies

*husband worked 15 hours....today, yesterday....the day before that....and the day before that.
This will continue for 2 more weeks.
Pray that we all survive.
*the breeder sent us this pic of the 6 week old puppies.
One of these will be ours and we still cannot agree on a name.
Cooper? Jersey?
What one do you like????
*birds surrounded the house making ALOT of noise.
One bird sounds nice.
Hundreds of birds....not so much.

*Ike and Duke the horses pooped at the exact same time.
Weirdos.

*I backed into an auction sign.
I wanted to cry.
Then I wanted to hide in the nearest hole and pretend it never happened.
*oh yeah. I almost forgot to mention that Blackie the barn cat had her kittens.
5 all black, perfect kittens

In the same exact spot that Smokey hid her babies.

Dear Blackie and Smokey.
Please stop getting knocked up.

Who wants one?
What if I give you $20 to take one?
And food?
And a pretty collar?
Some fun toys?

Oh no, more kittens!!!

That bug...is a Mayfly. At least that's what we call them down here and we get them around the month of May. Maybe your weather now is what we experience in May. They don't bite- thank goodness and they're really slow and easy to kill.

Oh my goodness! I love all the black balls of cuteness!

And I agree that the possibility of finding money is the only thing that makes laundry worth doing!

Jersey!!! And those bugs are called crane flies. So disgusting...seriously the only bug I ever kill.

Sorry, I had to laugh at the bag of cheese incident. Only because I once found an entire (empty) container of Cool Whip and a spoon in MC's room. Boys!

And, just for the record, I'm feeling a bit like Princess at the moment.

How about Jersey Cooper?

We call those bugs Daddy Long Legs around these parts.

I am NOT showing my kids your puppy or kitten pictures because they want a pet SO badly and we do not live on a farm. ;0

p.s. Love your melons. he he!

Thank you for the arrows on the cat pictures... I couldn't tell where one ended and the other began.

Adorable kittens! My daughter is dying to have a kitten. But I'm allergic. Very, very allergic! ;)

Visiting from Mama Kat's!

Is the bug really big? We call them mosquito-eaters. I think they eat mosquitoes, so I leave them alone.

What a day!

The kittens are so tiny! Hope you can find them good homes!

Oh, those bugs are gross! Always thought they were just super-sonic mosquitoes. Cats are adorable...I'd say yes, but we already have THREE just like that. The Hub would probably send me to you along with the return of cats.

Those insects creep me out -- seriously. I'd have to move.

Super cute puppies -- I'd vote for Cooper because "Coop" is a cooler nickname than "Jerz". Lol.

Wow … that is a lot of crap. some good (kittens!! (but maybe too man), some bad (too many hours at work and poor pay for you), and some weird (simulteneous horse pooping). your life is never boring though!
