Favourite Vacation Spot

This is a no-brainer.
I am not a world traveller....although I would like to be.
I have not been to many places in my young 34 years.....although I wish I have.
But I know one place I love.
And I am sure you would too.
Ontario, Canada.
My home province.

I don't even know where to start because there is just so much I want to tell you about.
So I will show you with pictures and then you can make the decision on when you are coming. Who cares about Europe, Australia, the Caribbean and even Vegas when you can come to Canada. Ok...me....I want to go to all of those places.
Lets start with our money. It is multi-coloured. I enjoy colour so when I see all of my bills the same colour, it is well....kinda boring. When I have a rainbow in my wallet, I feel happy. Happy is good.
Niagara Falls. Who hasn't heard of this place? Pictures do not accurately show the beauty of fast moving, crashing water tumbling down a cliff. Even more beautiful is finding out that seeing the Falls is free......after you pay $20 for parking. But it sooooooooooooooooooooo worth it. Honest.
Toronto. CN Tower. Theatre. Shopping. Beaches. Theme Parks. Zoo. Museums. I could go on and on.

Country.

Big, gigantic, enormous rocks. Really.

Have I mentioned country? Beautiful scenery......once you get away from the big city. Not that there isn't beautiful scenery in the city.

Whatever floats your boat.

Some people like country. Some people like city.

Poutine. Greasy french fries covered with gravy and cheese curds. Best.Food.Ever.
Four very distinct seasons. Winter=very cold temperatures and ALOT of snow. Spring=flowers blooming. Summer=freakin' hot and humid at times. Fall=most beautiful colours you have ever seen.

Islands. Yes, even Ontario has islands. You can even build a home on them. Imagine having your own island?????

Have I mentioned the CN Tower?

Sports Attractions. Hockey. Baseball. Football (CFL). Basketball. You name it, it is here.

Pretty flowers. Who doesnt enjoy pretty flowers?

Wildlife. Parks and the Great Outdoors.

Beaches. Everywhere.

I should add that we are beautiful people.

Reeeeeeeeeeeeeeeallllly beautiful people.

We are kind, generous and all around wonderful human beings.

We would make your trip to Ontario unforgettable.

I am sure you would go back to your hometown and want to move here. And because we are such beautiful, kind people, we would welcome you with open arms.

Because we are just that way.
I know you wanna come now.
Have I convinced you that this is the place to visit???????????

I've been to Niagara Falls during the summer, spring, and winter but never the fall. It looks gorgeous. I'd like to travel out of the tourist traps and see the rest of the country. It looks beautiful.

I have visited various parts of your fair province and enjoyed every time!!! You did a great job ... do you work for the tourism board?

I was born in Sudbury and we moved all over the province before defecting out west to BC. I still love Ontario, and your post captured most of the great things. I say most because you forgot the Fashion and Shopping! Toronto rocks for it's part in the fashion world. I miss that! I only have Walmart out here where I live now (NS) and I can't even begin to tell you how I feel about that so I won't.
Great post! =)

I would LOVE to come to that part of Canada! I have been to western Canada (my cousin and her family live outside of Edmonton) and I know it's gorgeous there too.

You definitely made me wish my trip was next week!! :D
