And it is my blog. So there.
I am not a country girl.Camping was never fun.....unless there was running water and {real} washrooms.
Bugs, rodents and wild animals are not interesting to me at all.
Dirt is...well....dirty.
And if I was near a campfire, it was always started by someone else.
Until now.
I was by myself...in the country...with just an outhouse.
Just me...and Princess. Sitting at the fire pit....without a fire.
There were alot of bugs buzzing around us and probably a few rodents and wild animals in the bushes surrounding us. In the country.
I wasn't scared.
I actually enjoyed it.
And I started this.
All by myself.
That's right my friends.
Momma started a fire all by herself without any help.
And I took pictures because I was proud.
Next year I will stay in a tent.
Maybe.

RAD! I'm not sure if I could manage that one on my own. And you SHOULD be proud!!

and I proud of you!
I cannot start a fire. I've tried, many times.
Good for you for stepping outside of your comfort zone and having a great time :)
Way to go! I don't think I could have started that fire. At least not on purpose.
I'm a country girl, but I hate to camp, so good with facing that fear!
You made that fire? I am SO impressed. Way to go!
Awww... you're blog is super cute. :)
Making a fire is HARD work. Good job.

So what were just the two of you doing out in the middle of nowhere?
I don't mind bugs, or rodents. And I still don't like sleeping in tents. And dirty is still, well, dirty. :)
Kudos to you. BUT did you use matches or rub two sticks together?
