Yes, really.
And now I am more confused than ever.
Can someone just explain f-stop/aperture/ISO/white noise in simple man's terms so a gal like me can understand it all?
Geesh.
I took out my macro lens to...umm....see if I could figure it out for myself.
My conclusion.
I just like snapping away without really thinking about it.
As soon as I have stress when trying to capture moments, I don't enjoy myself.
Here are some of the "stress-free" shots I caught.
Technically, I suck.
But if I capture a shot that evokes an emotion of any kind, than I am happy.
Green.
Handsome.
Black.
Life.
Big Wheel.
Fluff.
Boy Beauty
To see more Macro Monday shots that were probably taken by smarty pants people who understand aperture and f-stop stuff, go here.
I would post the button but have no clue how.
Another technical thing I suck at.
Hmph.

OK well all of these are great shots - your big wheel and handsome shots are my favorites, the latter because you caught such a great expression which is what good photography is about, capturing the essence.
BUT if you do want a simple intro to what all that stuff is about, I highly recommend My3Boybarians 31 days to a better photo tutorial. I did the first 10 days of it in 3 days and everything suddenly clicked into place and seemed so very easy.
These are really good shots. Photography should be fun, so keep doing what you're doing for now.
I agree with Jane, My3Boybarians tutorial is great.
These are great shots! Even if you don't get the whole f-stop thing, you sure do know composition. Love the leaf and the last black and white.
I love the dandelion!
You have some great shots! I'm pretty dumb about all those wonderful technical things I could do with my camera. I keep thinking I need to learn more about it, but I don't know when. I applaud you for taking a class.
Wonderful composition and detail in the image of the leaf. I also love the bokeh in the dandelion photo!
Beautiful shots! You have a great eye!
All great shots, but I do like the "life" one best. So simple but so nice. Mickie :)
I like the big wheele and the dandylion pictures the best!!!
My husband seems to pick up on all those techincal terms much more quickly than I do. I think I figured out ISO so far and that's about it.
Those are beautiful!! I had to ask my 5 year old how to work the video in my camera. LOL
