How we spent the last day of 2011

On New Years Eve, most people spend time with family and good food reminiscing about the last 364 days.
They might drink some alcohol, listen to some tunes or even go out and celebrate with a large group.

Not us.

Us folks here at the homestead hooked up Ike and Duke the horses.

Then we hooked up the children's GT sno racer...sleigh thingys.

And Ike and Duke got to work.
Pulling shrieking children behind them through the forest and the field.

You're jealous.
I know.

Maybe next time we will charge admission so you can view the excitement or even join in the fun.

I must say that I pretty jealous of all the snow you have.

Oh and the horse ride would be nice too.

So cool!! We could not do this as we don't have snow … or horses. But I hope your 2012 doesn't suck monkey balls either!
