On a morning when I am home, the boys are off to school and baby is asleep, I needed something to make me smile.
Other than the fact that I am here, by myself. In the silence.
Today I am going to post some older pictures for a few reasons.
Firstly, because I like them.
Secondly, because I think my kids are cute.
Thirdly, because one just turned 5 and the other will be 7 next week which is too old for my liking.
And fourthly, because they fight. Alot. They fight from the second they get home from school until they are in bed with their eyes closed and they are dreaming about how to physically hurt the other.
So I am looking at these pictures of my boys during short spurts of time when they actually liked each other and got along for more than 30 seconds. I am sure one day in the next 15 years they will like each other once again.

Whew, they are some heartbreakers!!! Good thing we live down south or I'd have to watch out for those fellas!!! Gorgeous kiddos there!!! And sorry they are at the fighting stage... I deal with that every day also... lol
Love it! Love it! Love it!
What precious photos of your boys! Glad you got a moment of solitude! :)
What cute boys! Maybe they will get along better as they grow older. Hopefully they will never like the same girl at the same time (they look pretty close in age). I love the picture when they are babies!
They look cute in those pics! My brothers fought all the time when they were younger and now they are best friends...with a few arguments here and there! :)
Your boys are beautiful or I guess since they are boys I should say handsome! We have three boys and the fighting....oh don't get me started. It only makes me cherish the peaceful moments even more! Love your pics! Come on over and join in on Friday High Five!
You have a beautiful family. I love what you wrote...I can definitely relate! I hope you enjoyed your peaceful morning.
They are adorable...the pictures remind me of shots I've seen of my husband and his brother. They're 17 months apart and used fight like little demons. They were and are best friends. I love that.
Those pictures are so sweet! You should show them. And make them hug. hehe.
THEY ARE SO BEAUTIFUL!! Those photos capture them perfectly.
Your two boys are cuties! I bet they are best friends deep down, this is just how they show their LOVE! hehe...I have 2 boys as well, any sibling advice?
They're precious! I just love 'em!
Your boys are adorable. I get the fighting thing...I have 3 boys who are 5, 6, & 7. They do the same thing. I find myself counting down til bedtime. Today they were duking it out in the back seat on the way home. It will pass.....eventually.
Too cute!
Luckily moments like these really make an impact on us, because all those other moments...
Thet are adorable but the last one is my favorite!!! Hugs, Jen
You are right, they are cuties! Doesn't look like they could be mean to each other at all! ;-)
