Yipppeeeeeeeeee! I always love the Pets category!
Don't get me wrong...I love the "human" categories too but there is just something about capturing the perfect animal picture.
I should work for the National Geographic. But I would only take pictures of happy animals frolicking in their environment. No fighting and eating eachother pics for me.
I digress.
My entry this week is one of my favourite pics I recently took at a magical place closeby. I might tell you about it someday.
Maybe.
My favourite animals are giraffes and elephants so it was difficult deciding what picture to use. I debated between one of these .
But then couldnt stop going back to this one.
I hope you enjoy it as much as I do.

An elephant with freckles!! I love it! I happen to find elephants very endearing. I read a bit of your profile and I agree - I love taking photos of wild animals but find the real life life-death struggle too much for me.
