Me, myself and Princess.

Mommy and Me Monday at Really, Are You Serious?
Hosted by Krystyn

So what if I am the only person in my family who knows how to turn the camera on.
So what if I hate pictures of me.
So what if I hate pictures of me because I pick out every frickin flaw about myself...
and then wanna cry....
and drink......
and hide under the covers.
So what if I have dark circles under my eyes.
So dark that, without makeup, it looks like I was in a fight.
So what if I edited my picture to hide it.....a bit.

It was all worth it to have a picture of my baby girl.
My baby girl with me.

It is a rare event but so worth it.

Well, I think you look stunning in this picture!

And, you should see all of the crappy ones of me I was critical of..and that doesn't even include the ones with my eyes closed.

Thanks for linking up!

I know exactly how you feel. I was looking for a picture of me with my kids the other day and there are very few.

And one other thing, listen to me when I tell you that you look fabulous!

I think you are both beautiful girls!

I love this picture--you are gorgeous!

And I know exactly what you mean about being in photos...it causes mild anxiety just thinking about it, hehe!

What a great picture! Love your post - Krystyn's idea for Mommy and Me is awesome - and of course I'm finding more blogs to stalk along the way! Great to "meet" you!

You look great!

P.S. Let me know if you decide to go to that conservation area. We live about 5 minutes away, might be fun to meet up with all the kids! :)

You look beautiful!

(And it is definitely OK to edit dark circles.)

The older I get the more I (very self-consciously and feeling terribly silly) ask to actually be IN the pictures. My 65 year-old self will thank me.

Take lots of pictures with your baby girl. You only get to be a young beautiful Mommy of a precious beautiful daugther once!

I wish you could see yourself the way I see you in your pictures. I am very serious when I say that I think you are beautiful! Love ya, Kristina

Your both beautiful! I think this is a great idea. Us moms tend to hide behind the camera. Our kids will appreciate having pictures with their moms :)
