Not Me!

I'm back.
Miss me?
It has been awhile since I have joined in on the Not Me! Monday fun because {not} much has {not} happened to me lately and I haven't had much to {not} say.

Ok, that's a little, teeny tiny fib.

I have just been busy and in a real blog writing "funk" so when I sit down to write anything, it leaves my mind in approximately 7.27 seconds.

So there.

Lets get started shall we?

*After listening to my 78 pound 6 year old whine and cry while flailing around on the floor because he didn't want to go out, and then telling him "I can't wait until you're in school full time".....he did not reply with "I can't wait until you're dead." My 6 year old whiny beast of a child is not that inconsiderate of other people's feelings. Especially the woman who carried him for 9 months...birthed him and has cared for him every day since.

Nope. No way.

*I do not love Selena Gomez....and Demi Lovato.....and the Hannah Montana movie. I do not listen to their songs and know every single word. They are Disney stars and only children love them.

*I most definitely do not dance to them either. No way.

*When oldest child told me that he hated living at home I most certainly did not inform him that if he could find someplace better, than he should go live there instead. I am a better Mother than that. Kinda.

It's been a rough week with two attitude-filled boys

*I did not allow my 22 month old daughter to carry her fathers deodorant around while we ran errands in town. And I most certainly did not allow her to bring along a dental floss container just because she freaked out when I attempted to take it away.

*And I did not run on the treadmill bra-less because I was too lazy to search for a clean sports bra. Ok, I did and I will never, ever do that again.

*Have I mentioned that I do not love her?

Now tell me you didn't dance. I bet you did.

Don't you just "LOVE" how kids take your feelings into account. My 8 yr old the other week said the same thing, precoded to tell me he hated me, and that he was going to live with his dad. While I knew he was being ridiculous still didn't hurt the pain felt by those words.

Hope your week gets better.

Oh yeah, children can be such ego boosters. Last week I certainly did not hear my 7 yr old telling his sister that "mommy's belly jiggles when you poke it"...ummm, who do you think CAUSED THAT JIGGLE???? :-) Great NMM post!

Ooh I winced for you when I read what he said. I am so dreading when Blaze is old enough to say those types of things. Yikes. I love the Disney channel and like to watch Hannah Montana and Sonny Witha Chance and some others.

Your children gave you a run for your money this weekend! I'd pull my hair out too!
I wish I could run on the tredmill braless within getting bruises on my chin!
Hope your week goes better for you.

Kids can be so cruel even to their moms. Hope the boys are better today.

Oh yeah I SO feel ya. I got the "I HATE you mom, and I wish you were never my mom" this morning. And not saying "I hate you too so THERE!" wore me out!

Mean little boys! LOL
