If my Mom blogged.....

If my Mother was a blogger, she would be world famous and make millions.
If my Mother was a blogger she would share her millions with her loving children.
Because she is nice that way.
And Mothers are supposed to do all that nicey nice stuff.

If my Mother was a blogger she would write about her wonderful, perfect daughter and how much she loves her.
Even after all the teen aged years crap.

If my Mother was a blogger today she would write about her son in law.
Because it is his birthday.

She would talk about the years when she couldn't use the telephone because her daughter spent hours talking to him.
She would write about how polite he was even as a teenager.
She would write about how happy she was when her daughter became engaged to the polite boy who always called her.

And how perfect their wedding day was.
And how ecstatic she was when she found out they were going to make her a Grandma even though she didn't want to feel old.
Because she wasn't.
And she would write about that too.

Then she would get all mushy and stuff writing about how much she loved him.  How lucky she is to have him in her life and how she couldn't imagine him not being a part of her everyday.

Wait.  That last part is something I would write.
In fact, I just did.
So there.
