Four Generations

OK, I confess...
I did not actually take this picture because I am in it.
And I don't know how to set up a camera timer.
Whatever.

But, by far, this is my favourite photo of the week.
Except what looks like my big belly. If Princess would have just stood beside me, I could have stood up straight, sucked in my gut and looked presentable. Instead I look like a gal who eats alot of bon bons and beer.
Anyways.......

One that will be treasured for many years to come.

Four generations.
Mother
Daughter
Granddaughter
Great Granddaughter

I am a lucky girl.
I count my blessings every day.

Dear God.
Even though I am upset with you for taking my Daddy at such a young age, I do thank you for these special girls in my life.
Love Momma

Beautiful and memorable photo. 20 years ago I shot 5 generations. Will always treasure those photos, even though I didn't get one with everyone looking in the same direction at the same time. Kinda fun.

That's a beautiful picture - even if you didn't take it!

I never had the blessing of photographing even 4 gens, as my grandparents died young.

So I appreciate what you have here.

Thanks for sharing at YSB this week. xoxo

Wow, four generations! You are blessed... take as many photos like this as you can!

You are blessed in that regard. My Grandma's both passed away while I was in my 20's.

What a great picture. Princess will treasure it, too. (And you don't look fat!)

I've always wondered though, when I am the great-grandma in that picture someday I think I will probably say that it still sort of stinks to look like a great-grandma. That can't be fun. You get old and everyone wants to take your picture. No one will remember what you looked like for most of your life when you were younger!
