In a bad place.

26.5 pounds lost.
35 inches gone.

Apparently I have really skinny wrists and ankles as I keep losing inches off of them. Weirds, eh?

I am struggling folks.

My body likes where it is at and is telling me and this diet to "Stuff it". I have 3 pounds to go.....

I dont have any motivation to exercise.

I want to eat bad food....but am restraining myself by tying my arms behind my back. Ok, not really, but pretty darn close.

I dont have any pants that fit me. It's a good thing that they are all too big, but I just feel frumpy.

I need a haircut.

I am tired.

I have no patience with my children.

I want to crawl into bed and not come out for anything. Except food.

I am -><- this close to doing the ugly cry at any moment of the day.

And I don't know why.

I am tired.

Oh, happy pills, why aren't you doing your job anymore????????????

Parenting and all of the crap that goes along with it is taking its toll on me. How will I possibly survive the next 16-60 years?

Please tell me I will snap out of it.

You so deserve a new hair cut, mani & pedi-cure & new clothes to complete the new Vikki! You have done an awesome job at taking care of you & your amazing family. Being a mom, wife, daughter, sister & friend is a very demanding job! I know because I am one too :)
Don’t let the 3 lbs get to you. The more you think about it, the more it will drive you crazy. Taking vitamins made a HUGE change in how I felt each day, I wish that I had started taking them years ago!! Don’t be hard on yourself because you are healthy & you have a family who loves you dearly.

That's a really tough one! Have you tried emergency? Sometimes it helps me with energy. It's just vitamins. They have some very low calorie ones.

When I was eating less (which is my natural habit) I had a lot less energy than I have now. Also, going to bed around 9:30 or 10:00 really helps with energy during the day.

I wouldn't stress about the 3 lbs. Sometimes stress causes us to hold onto our weight, and so does being tired.

I think a new haircut and new clothing would help. :) And maybe a nap. GOOD LUCK!!! You do a lot of really good things with your life and family. You deserve to feel happy and good about yourself!

First time reading your blog! Sorry to find you struggling, but I wanted to say that you have done an awesome job to get as far as you have. Don't get too down about your last 3 pounds. If your body wants to remain at the weight it is at - you have still done so much better than many people out there have done! Hang in there!

I wanted a big juicy burger and fries today, but I resisted and came home and had a salad. It was really hard!

I have days like this way too often. Hang in there. Hoping those 3 lbs fall off without too much hard work.

Sounds like you have done a great job with the weight loss. Don't give in how. Hope you find some happiness soon.

I was just about to write this EXACT same post! I'm glad other people feel like this once in a while.

I came home from work, upset and crying. I sat on Wylee's lap and told him about my day, and then I said, "I'm probably just pms-ing."

His answer was, "Well, at least you've admitted to the problem. That's the first step."

And then I killed him.

If it makes you feel better I can't lose a pound to save my life. It doesn't, does it?

I'm sorry you're not feeling so hot. But I bet you look HOT!

Okay, for serious. Hang in there, you can lose those last few pounds but right now maybe you just need to take some time to rest and rejuvenate a little and then you can get back to it. Just an idea.

Hope you feel better soon my dear. Big hugs!

I really don't have any words of wisdom when it comes to diets (because I stopped going on them for a variety of reasons a while back) but I do know what it's like to feel emotionally stuck, drained, exhausted. Hang in there (((hugs)))

Have a few carbs as a treat, it will cheer you up. As long as you have fibre with it, it won't do any lasting damage.

Girl, you need to go out and buy yourself some new clothes and get that hair cut. You will feel 100% better if you reward yourself for all your hard work.

BTW: not eating crap food every now and then makes me cranky. :)

You'll snap out of it.

(And see, I read your post today and you did....unless you were lying.)
